I have severalfantastic roleI am looking to fill with one the largest and most successful end to end Data Centre (DC) Cooling Manufacturers, after an influx of contracts and associated projects due to a record breaking 2023, they are looking to strengthen their BMS Controlsteam. They see themselves as supportive andfriendly bunch with a can do attitude team who go the extra mile to get the job done every time.

What am I looking for:

I am looking for a dynamic BMS Commissioning Engineer who has a desire to enter the growing DC Marketplace, someone who has a great aptitude for problem solving and excellent communication skills and who is competent with Tridium Niagara 4. You will be from a BMS background with strong HVAC plant knowledge and electrical qualifications, Iwill also look at a BMS Engineer who is competent at another system who is willing to learn.

Territory:

This role will require you to cover the DC's in the South East, Midlands and the North with voluntary travel to Europe on occasion, you will normally attend siteswithin a 2 hour commute.You will be home based and fully mobile.

What the role requires

The role of BMS commissioning Engineer will require you to undertake the following responsibilities on a day-to-day basis:

  • Write Software from Description of Operations
  • Generate detailed Graphics pages
  • Oversee pre-commissioning
  • Testing and Commissioning of the HVAC plant
  • 3rd party Integration with Energy meters and other associated systems
  • Witnessing and Handover with the clients

What you can expect back:

  • Basic salary £45k - £50k
  • Travel time paid at normal rate and X1.5 door to door - you can easily earn an extra £25,000
  • Overtime averaging around £5,000 -£10,000per annum
    • X1.5 weekdays and X2 on Sundays
  • Car allowance of £7,200pa or Tesla Model Y
  • 25 days holidays
  • 1%/7% Private Company pension
  • Mobile phone, Laptop
  • In house training on all products i.e. AHU's, CRAC Units, Condensers, DCS Chillersetc.
  • Advanced Tridium N4 Training
