Fostering Registered Manager - 69,216

NonStop Care is currently working with a local authority in West London who are looking for a Fostering Registered Manager to join their Fostering service.

Responsibilities:

  • You will lead the strategic development and operational management of our fostering services.

  • You will also be involved overseeing foster carer recruitment, assessment, supervision, training, and ongoing support for both carers and the children and young people they care for.

Requirements:

They are looking for someone who has a minimum of 2 years' previous experience within the last 5 years in a position relevant to the fostering service and, for at least 1 year, requiring the supervision and management of staff working in a role. With experience with Ofsted.
