NonStop Care is currently working with a local authority in West London who are looking for a Fostering Registered Manager to join their Fostering service.

Responsibilities:

You will lead the strategic development and operational management of our fostering services.

You will also be involved overseeing foster carer recruitment, assessment, supervision, training, and ongoing support for both carers and the children and young people they care for.

Requirements:
They are looking for someone who has a minimum of 2 years' previous experience within the last 5 years in a position relevant to the fostering service and, for at least 1 year, requiring the supervision and management of staff working in a role. With experience with Ofsted.
