Duties will include:

  • Preparing and issuing contracts, ensuring all new starter documentation is compliant
  • Working closely with payroll to ensure employee records are accurate and up to date

  • Managing and maintaining employee files with precision
  • Handling employee queries with professionalism, whether over the phone or by email
  • Leading new starter calls and conducting exit interviews
  • Supporting the wider HR team with various ad hoc tasks and other exciting projects

You will bring experience in a fast-paced HR environment, with a solid grasp of the employee life-cycle. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. You’re a confident communicator who can juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive, proactive attitude and you will be super bubbly and friendly!
