Fabulous opportunity for someone interested in working within Human Resources (HR).
We have partnered with a global business, who are certified as ‘a great place to work’ and their UK Head Office is based in central Slough. The Head of HR is looking for someone to join their team to provide support with HR administration and enquiries, as well as office support.
This is a new role within the business, which will start off as a long-term, ongoing temporary role with a view to securing head count for a permanent position. It is ideally positioned for someone who has maybe gained office admin experience and would love to move into HR, or an HR Administrator or HR Coordinator who is looking for a new opportunity and challenge.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting the Head of HR with day-to-day HR related enquiries and administrative tasks, as well as upcoming HR projects.
- Supporting the office with general office administrative tasks to ensure the day-to-day smooth running.
- Assisting with the events calendar – helping organise office and recognised celebrations for the team
- Assisting with first-line HR related queries
- Ensuring the office functions run smoothly, i.e ordering supplies, assisting organising health and safety checks and certificates
- Other ad hoc administrative and project related tasks
This role is perfect for an enthusiastic, flexible and organise person who wants to jump in and take over tasks and where possible projects. We are looking for someone who wants to take on work and grow and develop.
