School Attendance Officer Required for a primary School in Ealing. At Engage Education Services, we’ve specialised in recruiting education staff for over a decade.

We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic School Attendance Officer to work full-time. Our team has built an excellent reputation in the local area, and we’re looking for more high-quality office staff to work with these schools. Our Engage Education Services team specialises in the placement of non classroom based staff including Administrators, HR, Finance and Facilities.

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm, Monday - Friday, term-time only.

About the role

Duties can include:

  • Data inputting on to SIMS

  • Assisting the Office Manager with various administrative tasks

  • Communicating effectively with students, staff and parents in a professional and friendly manner

  • Monitioring attendance
  • Calling parents due to students attendance

The ideal applicant will have

  • Experience of working in a busy school or college environment.

  • A real passion for working within an education environment.

  • Experience utilising SIMS (School Information Management System) within an administrative role.
