We are seeking an HR Assistant to work closely with the HR Manager, providing best practice HR support to all employees. This role covers general aspects of employee relations and offers the opportunity to assist with more complex meetings, including minute taking. The position is ideal for candidates with administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources. Experience within a school setting.
Day to day of the role:- Provide HR support to employees, covering various aspects of employee relations.
- Assist the HR Manager with administrative tasks and support with complex meetings, including minute taking.
- Flexible working hours 2 days a week
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within Human Resources.
- Ability to work flexibly and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full UK driving licence and access to transportation for travel between sites.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
