A well-established logistics company in the Heathrow area is seeking an HR Manager to join their expanding team.
The role involves completing the onboarding process, issuing contracts, advertising vacancies, conducting performance reviews, and managing employee relations.
Candidates should have previous HR experience, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and excellent customer service abilities.
The position offers a Monday to Friday work schedule from 09:00 to 17:30, with a competitive salary of £45,000 to £50,000 per year.
Applicants are expected to have at least 3-5 years of HR experience.

My clients a well established logistics company based within the Heathrow area, they are seeking a HR MANAGER to join their expanding team!

Duties will include:

Completing the on-boarding process
Issuing offer letter/ contracts
Advertising vacancies on job board and liaising with recruitment agencies
Performance reviews / development reviews
Employee relations ie disciplinary and grievance management
Creating mentioning and coaching programs
Updating company policies
Process improvement
Carrying out 5 year employment/ DBS checks to CAA standards

Working hours:

Monday- Friday 0900-1730
