My clients a well established logistics company based within the Heathrow area, they are seeking a HR MANAGER to join their expanding team!

Duties will include:

  • Completing the on-boarding process
  • Issuing offer letter/ contracts
  • Advertising vacancies on job board and liaising with recruitment agencies
  • Performance reviews / development reviews
  • Employee relations ie disciplinary and grievance management
  • Creating mentioning and coaching programs
  • Updating company policies
  • Process improvement
  • Carrying out 5 year employment/ DBS checks to CAA standards

Working hours:

  • Monday- Friday 0900-1730
