Job Title: HR Specialist
Area Slough
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 plus company car (or financial alternative) and excellent company benefits
The successful Human Resources candidate will work with a caring and busy HR team, to deliver a great service to this blue-chip company with a great reputation in Slough.
A varied and hands-on generalist role, you will be able to get involved in all aspects of HR, working with your own team and Department Managers to provide ER support, Recruitment Know-How and in-house training.
The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive and professional HR service to all employees and provide support to the HR Manager & HR Senior Specialist.
In addition, you will have a good understanding of payroll, confident handling staff compensation and benefit queries.
The successful HR candidate will have experience in a similar cohesive team, you will be CIPD Level 3 qualified with a pragmatic, hands on approach.
