The IT Onsite Engineer will troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently ensuring the IT systems and infrastructure run smoothly on a day-to-day basis. The IT Onsite Engineer will also maintain and update client IT infrastructure, including desktops, servers, and networking equipment.
Key Skills the IT Onsite Engineer will have:
- At least 1 years experience working onsite at customers sites troubleshooting
- Excellent experience with windows server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Group Policy
- Good experience with network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, Wi-FI, Routers and switches)
- Experience with Apple/Mac and virtual servers are beneficial
Company benefits:
- Starting salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum
