With products ranging from fresh meat, produce, soft drinks, wines, beers & spirits to cutlery, cooking utensils and cleaning products, they aim to deliver excellent service and be the best foodservice provider in the country.

They are looking for a Packaging Artworker on a permanent basis to help support the current studio and design team to assist with designing and producing packaging artwork. Whilst not essential, coming from a FMCG background will enable you to seamlessly transition into the position and enable you to deliver first-class technical expertise to design and produce packaging artwork for the companies own brand products, including cartons, labels and other packaging materials. You must have strong design skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and have some experience of working with packaging software such as Esko or similar.

In this role, you will be working closely and supporting the current packaging artworker, as well as the wider Marketing and Brand team. You will be responsible for designing and producing packaging artwork to the standards required. You will make sure that their own artwork meets their customers needs and brand standards and must be sure that the companies packaging is in line with their branding and marketing strategies. A keen interest in current design trends must be adhered to as well as keeping the business up to date with packaging regulations.

To succeed in this role, you will have at least 2 years' experience in a artworker capacity, and be happy to commute to the Slough based office. Although based in Slough, the team do adhere to a hybrid structure, typically this would be 2 or 3 days from home. The whole team do attend the office on the last Wednesday of every month, so the team has the chance to collaborate with everyone in the business.
