A Pharma Export Air Clerk is needed to join a leading agent, responsible for quoting, dealing with shippers, and completing customs entries.
The role requires a minimum of 2 years of air export experience, preferably with knowledge of pharmaceuticals.
The salary for this position ranges from £35,000 to £37,000, in addition to an on-call rota allowance.
Candidates should have good communication skills, be well-organized, and able to prioritize workloads under pressure.

Pharma Export Air Clerk required to join this leading agent

Main duties:

Quoting Dealing directly with shippers and overseas agents Exports Customs Entries Invoicing Completing varied exports jobs from start to finish Occasionally arranging road freight shipments, entries, T1 declarations. Be part of Export on call rota - 1 week in 10, which would include weekend coverage (remotely - from 6pm Friday - 9am the following Friday)

Level CO AvSec trained desirable but not essential as training can be provided

Required experience:

Pharma knowledge and experience Min 2 years air export experience Boxtop or Sequioa experience would be an advantage but not essential as training would be given.
