Our client is looking for Senior International Operations Agents x2. The role is on the Import side and the main requirement is on Oceanfreight.

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Ensuring the smooth and on time processing of Import shipments from point of origin through to customer Door.
Compliant completion of Customs Entries in line with HMRC Guidelines
Maintain and further develop customer relationships by providing Best in Class customer service

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Co-Ordination of Ocean, Air, Road and Rail Import movements (emphasis on Ocean)
Carrying out Customs clearance
Utilizing required platforms to Destin8/CNS etc.
Securing a high level of customer satisfaction while complying with customer-specific processes and procedures
Customer support and consulting
Ensure accurate and on time processing of data completion and billing
Supporting and advising customers
Handling correspondence with customers, agents, and service providers
Execute all shipments in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (as applicable)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years experience in a Freight Forwarding Import Seafreight role with vast knowledge of end to end processes
Working experience in international forwarding
Experience in commercial assistance of advantage

IT SKILLS
Strong PC skills (Windows, Microsoft Office applications) preferred

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
