Requirements:

  • You will be a confident and skilled litigator with ideally 2+ years PQE

  • Insolvency Work
    • Bankruptcy
    • Winding Up and Liquidation
      • Section 217 ClaimsInsolvency Work
      • Defending section 339 and s423 IA claims
  • Debt recovery
  • TOLATA Claims

Experience in all the main areas of litigation is critical.

Desired Qualifications / Experience:

  • Minimum 2:1 degree and/or a Commendation from their LPC.
  • The ideal candidate must have trained and practiced in an established and reputable law firm. Ideal PQE 2+ years.
  • A willingness to learn and ability to follow instructions, take initiative and attention to detail is essential.
  • Candidates should have excellent communication skills.
