Sonic Summary

An Accounts Supervisor is urgently needed for a logistics company located in the Colnbrook area.
The role involves overseeing the accounts department, managing accounts payable/receivable, sales ledger, billing, and credit control.
Candidates must have previous experience in all aspects of accounts and finance, particularly in cargo, freight forwarding, or logistics, along with AAT Level 4 training.
The position offers a salary of £40,000 per year and requires a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Sage 200.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, totaling 50 hours a week in the office.

URGENTLY REQUIRED - We are recruiting for a ACCOUNTS SUPERVISOR to join a logistics company based at Colnbrook area.

Duties will include:

To oversee the smooth running of the account department
Accounts payable/ receivable, Sales Ledger, Billing and Credit Control
Carry out credit checks & risk assessments on new clients
Liaising with operations when needed
Processing invoices
Handling any queries
Reporting to the finance manager

Experience needed:

Previous experience within all aspects of accounts/ finance
Experience within cargo / freight forwarding/ logistics
AAT LEVEL 4 trained
Good knowledge Microsoft Excel
Sage 200 experience
You should be self motivated
Attention to detail

Working hours:

Monday- Friday (50hrs a week- office based)
