Our Client is looking for an experienced Fleet Supervisor/Manager

Monday to Friday 08.00 - 17.00

Duties will include but are not limited to

To Uphold a valid International CPC License acting as the designated Transport representativeTo work collaboratively with all internal departments to ensure maximum client satisfaction.

Responsible for the LHR Transport vehicle Fleet & Drivers undertaking any related duties that fall under this remit.

To ensure the LHR Transport department maintains the required compliance standards to ensure the company meets the National/International O-License compliance standards

Responsible for the fleet of LHR Transport vehicles including all record keeping, servicing & maintenance, leasing agreements of all company Vehicles.

Develop and maintain relationships with global network colleagues to further enhance the LHR control towers business and solution.

Implementation, training, and management of new processes introduced by the Management Team.

Attend regular LHR Transport Management meetings.

Monitor and comply with all current and new legal requirements.

Adhere to all Company Policies, always.

Ensure that vehicle collisions, breakdowns and any other vehicle/staff related issues are escalated through the right channels and the correct relating processes are followed.Ensure all company Aviation consignments are managed as required.

To undertake any other reasonable duties/responsibilities at the request of the Branch, Regional and Global Senior Management Team.
