Engineering Manager - up to 73k
A new client of ours is looking for an Engineering Manager for their Slough site. This Global business is merging two sites, and are looking for a experienced Engineer with CAPEX expenditure experience to develop the site to the required operational capacity.
The Company
- Well established global, packaging company with a huge client base
- The product helps their client base to safely seal and store their produce
- Tight knit UK operations based out of their UK HQ in Slough
The Role
- Hands on role increasing productivity and cost efficiency through new production systems
- Continuous improvement across the site by analyzing operations and process enhancements
- Optimize plant lay out and spec new machinery
The Ideal Candidate
- 10+ years of Maintenance or Process Engineering experience, with 5+ years of management experience
- A track record of successful CAPEX expenditure
- FMCG/ Food & Beverage/ Consumer Products/ Pharmaceutical background
- Commutable to Slough
- Safety qualifications and degree educated preferred
