What You Will Do:
- Champion a strong safety culture and promote increased productivity and cost efficiency through innovative production systems.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and steering capital deployment projects from prioritization to implementation.
- Deploy automation solutions, supervisory systems, and controls to streamline manufacturing processes and resource use.
- Develop engineering plans aligning with short-term and long-term business objectives, focusing on throughput, efficiency, and key projects.
- Coordinate with global teams to meet engineering goals, providing expertise and guidance on operations matters.
- Facilitate employee engagement and productivity, fostering an inclusive culture and team participation.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience in Maintenance and/or Process Engineering, with at least 5 years in management roles.
- A track record of successfully leading capital projects and driving a culture of safety.
- Strong coaching, mentorship, and communication skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience in food & beverage, consumer products, and/or pharmaceutical industries (preferred).
- Engineering degree and/or Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (preferred).
