Our Client is a residential contractor working in the M3, M4, and M40 corridors into London, with a strong pipeline of secured work and growth plans.
They are seeking an ambitious Contracts Manager or an experienced Operations Manager to manage incoming sites.
Candidates should have experience in new build apartment schemes and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, safely, and within budget.
The role requires leadership skills to manage multiple projects concurrently and a solid understanding of both commercial and technical aspects.

They are now looking for an ambitious Contracts manager to step up or an experienced and proven Operations Manager to join their team and deliver incoming sites.
