Are you an Operations Manager with experience in drainage or haulage looking to join a well-established company who have large contracts with major London Airports and are looking to further grow their client base in a business-critical, fully autonomous role offering a company vehicle and rapid progression to Senior Operations Manager?
This rapidly growing company specializes in plant haulage, drainage, and CCTV services, catering to a wide range of clients across London, particularly around Heathrow airport. Due to an ever-increasing workload, they are now seeking an Operations Manager to join their friendly team.
In this varied role, you'll take charge of managing over 30 field operatives, tackling any challenges that arise, estimating project budgets and managing business accounts. You'll work from the Uxbridge site on a Monday - Friday 06:00 - 16:00 basis.

The Role:
- Manage 30+ field operatives
- Plan and estimate project budgets
- Manage business info (job-sheets, work-sheets)
- Account management
- Mon-Fri 06:00 - 16:00 + On-call rota
The Person:
- Operations Manager or similar
- A background of working in Drainage / Plant / Haulage industries
- Commutable to Uxbridge
