The Role:

This is a warm, personable, coaching, leadership and motivational role to lead our people strategy and help develop an exciting culture in our business.

We are looking for an experienced People professional who loves owning and nailing everything people! Defining, inspiring, leading and managing 21st century ways of working, we are seeking someone who is excited about leading the way in getting our people engine running at peak performance, ensuring its always running smoothly and efficiently, powering the company to success. Responsible for creating the attracting, developing, and retaining of top talent, you’ll be focused on creating a positive and engaging employee experience, fostering a sense of belonging and purpose.

Where you’ll Shine:

+ Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the business’s objectives
+ Overseeing the entire HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, training management, performance management, remuneration, benefits, and relations
+ Providing HR advice and guidance to the leadership team
+ Attracting, recruiting, and hiring top talent to meet our evolving needs
+ Creating and maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment
+ Reviewing / advising the leadership team on and implementing performance expectations and goals for employees
+ Identifying training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills
+ Reviewing and managing our remuneration and benefits strategy
+ Overseeing payroll operations
+ Handling employee relations issues promptly and effectively, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
+ Implementing and maintaining the HR system and processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency

About You:

+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
+ A brilliant, and experienced People professional with 5+ years experience with HR management role in small to medium sized organisations (including remote and hybrid working teams) preferably in a professional services business
+ Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
+ A true people person, able to communicate and engage well, loves to motivate and inspire
+ Proficiency in HR management software and systems
+ An excellent and innovative thinker and project manager
+ Demonstrated experience with team leadership and management
+ Thrives in a fast paced, future-focussed, frequently changing environment
+ Strong organisational and time management skills

Desired:

+ Experience with HR analytics and data-driven decision-making
+ Certification in HR Management
+ Experience in professional services SME environment
