We are seeking a dedicated School Administrator to help the attendance manager to manage pupil attendance data, cover main reception and support the team. You will be working within a dynamic school environment. This role is pivotal in acting as the liaison between the school, parents, carers, and external organisations. The successful candidate will work closely with the Assistant Headteacher for Safeguarding contributing significantly to the school’s attendance. Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage and maintain accurate pupil attendance records across the school.
  • Serve as the primary contact on reception for parents, carers, visitors and pupils 
  • Liaise with external organisations such as the Local Authority to ensure compliance with attendance regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to the Assistant Headteacher 
  • Implement and maintain efficient attendance monitoring systems to meet statutory requirements and school policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous admin and reception skills 
  • School experience is desirable but not essential. 
  • DBS is required for this role if you do not have one then Reed can help you.
