we are recruiting for a Payroll Clerk to join a leading logistics company based within the Colnbrook area.
Duties will include:
- Collect and verify employee working hours
- Calculate pay according to hours worked incorporating leaves and overtime
- Calculate overtime, bonuses and commissions
- Manage and calculate taxes and deduction
- Ensuring payroll records are kept up to date
- Submitting P11Ds
- Handling any queries regarding payroll from employees
- Prepare and submit reports with payroll information to manager
- Reporting to the Accounts/ HR manager
Experience needed:
- Previous experience within payroll
- Sage 50 & 200 experience
- PC literate
- Outstanding communication skills
- Attention to detail
- 5 year checkable history/ clean DBS check
Working hours:
- 22-30 hours a week, working between Monday- Friday
