Description
Payroll Administrator:
- Manage and process payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
- Compile and record employee time and payroll data.
- Handle benefits administration and record keeping.
- Answer staff queries about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records.
- Maintain and update payroll records.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.
- Prepare and submit reports with payroll information to the supervisor.
- Assist in the auditing of payroll or benefits or other HR programs.
Profile
A successful Payroll Administrator should have:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator.
- Proficiency in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software and databases.
- Excellent communication abilities with aptitude in problem-solving.
- Be a driver (as public transport is not an option for this location) and live with a 45 minute commute of Walton-On-Thames.
