Compliance Administrator - Social HousingSloughTemporary 5 week position£12.00 - £13.45 an hour

We are working with a leading Construction Main Contractor to find a successful and proactive Compliance Administrator to join their team in Slough, to look after the compliance side relating to repairs and maintenance within the Social Housing sector. You will be responsible for supporting the team by carrying out duties such as uploading certificates (CP12's etc), shutting down jobs, attending contractor meetings and taking minutes and property reconciliations on excel.

About You

  • We are looking for the successful candidate to have previous experience of Compliance Administration preferably within the construction sector
  • You must be competent in using Microsoft packages, most importantly Excel
  • Experience in using V-Lookups is desirable, but not essential
  • Thorough and meticulous person with an eye for detail
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines
