Fortis are working with a great aerospace company in Slough to recruit a process engineer to join their team. You will be working closely with the operators on development projects to improve efficiencies. The process engineer will also be responsible for technical process documentation.

Ideally you will come from a CNC machining background and have been responsible for improving processes, creating / amending SOPs, auditing processes and evaluating those responses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop techniques and processes for new products
  • Analyse current processes and evaluate them
  • Create SOPs
  • Work with machine operators to improve efficiencies
  • Development projects
  • Process documentation

The successful process engineer will need to have a good understanding of engineering and great communication skills to work closely with the team. You will play a key role in moving the company forwards.
