A market leader in their field, this business with excellent staff retention levels is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join a busy team in their Slough office on a full time, 6 to 12-month FTC basis.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of UK and European courier deliveries and collections, engaging with internal teams and suppliers to provide the highest standards of customer care and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the end-to-end logistics processes ensuring timely and efficient delivery
  • Developing relationships with suppliers, ensuring reliable and cost-effective transportation solutions
  • Navigating the complexities of VAT and customs clearance whilst ensuring compliance and minimising delays
  • Liaising with the wider team to ensure all shipping documentation is accurate and complies with customs regulations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a logistics role particularly dealing with the import/export of goods
  • Great understanding of UK and European shipping processes as well as customs clearance
  • Great IT skills with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and SAP experience is advantageous
  • Team player with great attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
