A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Receptionist to work for our client's prestigious offices based in Slough. The successful candidate will be highly professional and provide an exemplary service to visitors, contractors and employees, maintaining a polite and courteous manner at all times.
8am - 5.30pm, office-based in Slough
Salary up to £32,960 per annum depending on experience
Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring the front desk is manned at all times
- Ensuring all visitors and contractors are logged and issued with the appropriate security passes
- Offer cloakroom facilities as necessary
- Ensuring all meeting rooms are maintained and including the preparation, set up and clearing of tables and refreshments
- Overseeing any catering requirements including ordering/ restocking where required
- Managing the booking of meeting rooms
- Managing entry and exit procedures (including fire safety) and parking
- Switchboard duties
- Facilities management, ensuring that any issues are reported and dealt with accordingly
Key skills:
- Previous reception or front of house experience
- Knowledge of health and safety & compliance
- Polite, professional and friendly, ensuring a five-star service to guests at all times
- Positive attitude and team player, building positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- IT literate, ability to pick systems up
