Our client is looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to join their team in Slough on a permanent basis-

The role is working within the Social Housing sector for a leading main contractor. As a Liaison Officer you will be tasked with building strong relationships with tenants to minimize disruption during refurbishments by ensuring they receive all necessary information and assistance when required.

Only applicants with previous experience within a RLO role- within Social Housing will be considered for this position.

UK drivers license with access to a vehicle is essential.

Duties will include:

  • Keep the on-site database current and reflective of ongoing activities.
  • Regularly engage in meetings with client representatives and tenants to ensure exceptional customer service is upheld at all times.
  • Standardize and enforce a consistent customer care approach.
  • Act as the escalation contact for handling tenant complaints.
  • Initiate, coordinate, and supervise the Tenant-Customer-Resident relationships across multiple sites.

Essentials:

  • UK drivers licence with access to a vehicle
  • A good attitude towards customer service and assistance.
  • Prior experience within a Resident Liaison Officer position
