The Copthorne Hotel Slough - Windsor is seeking an experiencedFood & Beverage Supervisorwho will work closely with management to ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained in all our F&B outlets.

As Food & Beverage Supervisor your key responsibilities include:

  • To supervise the service delivery in all Food & Beverage outlets and assist in the organisation of all Food & Beverage operations in the evenings on a daily basis.
  • To work closely with the F & B Manager to ensure that all outlets are always operating efficiently.
  • To assist in training and motivating the team to achieve F&B targets and standards
  • The deal effectively with customers at all times in order to ensure that outstanding customers service is delivered at all F&B outlets
  • To be responsible for float during shift ensuring correct balance at end of shift.
  • To check mis-emplace items regularly throughout the day
  • To carry out all reasonable tasks as may be requested.

As Food & Beverage Supervisor the essential skills required:

  • F& B Supervisor experience in a 4-star hospitality establishment or restaurant
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Good organisational skills and ability to work well under pressure
  • Passionate and have can do attitude
  • The ability to work as part of a team.
  • Experience working with payment systems eg Micros POS.
