Business Development Manager - Fulfilment & International eCommerce Parcels - Up to 60,000 plus commssion
A Business Development Manager is sought to join an expanding sales team for a client of ours. The role focuses on identifying and developing new business relationships with clients who need international eCommerce shipping and fulfilment solutions. The goal is to drive revenue by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients in the eCommerce industry.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and close new deals.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored international shipping and fulfilment solutions.
- Confidently present proposals, negotiate, and finalize contracts.
- Build strong client relationships by understanding their challenges.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert advice on shipping and fulfilment optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client on-boarding and satisfaction.
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring continued growth and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
- Monitor account performance and address concerns quickly.
- Work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve shared goals.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven success in B2B sales, focusing on international eCommerce or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs procedures, and fulfilment operations.
- Experience with 3PL or 4PL services is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Within 70 miles of LHR
- Valid driving license
- Right to work in the UK
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
