Are you an experienced professional within customer service/account management looking to take your next step in your career within a multibillion turnover company?

This organisation are a large multi-national business within the aircraft sector. Due to continued growth they are looking for a to join the team. You will manage and develop assigned customer accounts, ensuring that all customer enquiries and requests are addressed promptly and efficiently. This role acts as the primary point of contact for customers, requiring.

This is an excellent role for an individual with strong customer service, business/account management looking to progress their career within a well-established aviation sector company.

The Role:

  • Manage and develop assigned customer accounts, providing prompt resolution to complaints or general enquiries, track the progress of ongoing maintenance and repairs, keeping customers informed, provide pricing and quotations, prepare and maintain accurate reports.
  • Working closely alongside other departments such as sales, customer service, workshop
  • Due to the nature of the role there may be occasional travel to customer sites

The Person:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Able to work independently but also within multi-disciplinary teams
  • Experience working within an aviation/aerospace company would be a bonus
  • Full, clean UK driving license
