Salary: £40,000-£45,000 + Bonus

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join a fast-growing fragrance wholesale business. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, managing key clients and driving revenue in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers through regular communication.
- Understand customer needs, buying patterns, and market trends to tailor offers effectively.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue, maximise profitability, and hit sales targets.
- Analyse sales data to set competitive, profitable pricing and optimise inventory turnover.
- Process sales orders with accuracy, ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
- Reactivate dormant accounts and drive new business acquisitions.
What We're Looking For:
- B2B Sales and Account Management experience (preferably in FMCG or wholesale).
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis; knowledge of SAGE is a plus.
- Ability to prioritise, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for sales and growth.
- RTW in the UK.
