Accounts Receivable Assistant

Well located Company in Uxbridge need a capable Accounts Receivable Assistant to build good relationships with their established clients.

Some of your duties will include:

- Assisting with the day to day management of the sales ledger and credit control function

- Raising sales invoices and ensuring they are sent out promptly to clients

- Allocating payments received to client accounts and preparing weekly debtor reports

- Chasing overdue payments by telephone, email and correspondence

- Managing any invoice queries that occur and ensuring all issues were resolved

- Monitoring client accounts to ensure they do not exceed credit limits
