Pay: £90 to £130 dependent on experience*

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and motivated Learning Support Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with teachers to support an individual pupils learning and help create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.

Who are you?
Experience working with primary children, ideally within an educational or SEND setting.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Calm, kind, and adaptable.
A patient, empathetic, and positive approach to supporting childrens needs.
Experience of the Early Years curriculum.
Experience of working with children with social/communication difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 support to your assigned child in delivering lesson content and facilitating learning inside and outside the classroom.
Follow any specific intervention and support programmes for your assigned child.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
Support childrens social and emotional development, encouraging confidence and independence.
Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and parents to implement personalised support plans.
Promote positive behaviour and well-being through encouragement and structured support.
