Residential Therapeutic Intervention Worker & Edge of Care Outreach Worker

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Residential Therapeutic Intervention Workers and Edge of Care Outreach Workers. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable children and young people.

Role: Residential Therapeutic Intervention Worker & Edge of Care Outreach WorkerSalary: £31,524 - £32,931 per annumLocation: 42 York Street, Twickenham richmondSleep in allowanceShift work across 7 days a week, over the full year including Christmas, New Year and other bank holidays.

Qualifications: Diploma Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People (desirable)

Skills and Experience: Ability to engage with young people and build rapport.Understanding of safeguarding and trauma, with the ability to manage difficult situations.Experience in conflict resolution and managing challenging behaviors.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records.Ability to work well within a team of professionals and contribute to a child’s development.
