Assistant Team Manager, MASH Service

We are looking to recruit an Assistant Team Manager in a MASH Team within Slough. The successful candidate will be working in a well-structured, organised team that is growing their social worker staffing levels.

The responsibilities of the social worker include:
- Case Load Management
- Completing reviews and assessments
- Working alongside other agencies
- Working to ensure the protection of vulnerable children
- Assessing and reviewing existing service users
- Working effectively with other professionals
- Helping the TM provide management resources
- To supervise newly qualified SW
- Chairing meetings
An ideal candidate will have:
- Social Work England registration
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Social Work qualified (MA/BSc/DPSW/CQSW/MSc/BA)
