Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a LearningSupportAssistant to join the Langley team on a 37-week term time only basis.

Learning Support Assistant

Working with our Foundation Department you will be working with students with a range of SEN requirements. This can be on a 1:1 basis or in small groups orsupportinga full class.

Please note there are multiple roles available over different days and hours, working 37 weeks per year

It will be your responsibility to enable students with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) to access the curriculum as fully as possible. To achieve this, you will assist in the deliverance of a planned programme of learningsupport. This will allow them to participate in all aspects of college life. Allowing them to work towards their desired outcomes, achieving their learning goals and potential.
