Role Overview: This friendly school are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Primary Teacher to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, tailored education to students with diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the individual needs of SEN students.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies as necessary.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with special educational needs.
• Strong understanding of SEN best practices and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
