Based in modern offices this is a hybrid role working a minimum of 3 days in the office. The main purpose of this role is to effectively manage the customer order portfolio to achieve the expected revenue and contribute to customer satisfaction in managing their orders and deliveries (products orders, delivered on time, in the requested quantity)
Some of your responsibilities will include;
- Register and process orders (EDI, manual entries) for our various clients (food retail, specialists, E-Commerce, wholesalers, retail, sample orders and staff sales)
- Check order information, inform the client about delivery times, delays and shortages
- Handle and resolve disputes in collaboration, if necessary, with the concerned services, such as (Demand Management, Logistics, Credit Control, Key Account Managers) & record in SAP
- Management of stock allocation across customers
- Tracking and invoicing of direct deliveries to customer from factory to port
- Data input and analysis of the Logistics KPIs (mainly CSL)
We’re looking for a Sales Operations Controller with:
Education
- English and Maths GCSE standard at least, A Level preferred
Knowledge
- Excellent use of English in a business setting to project a professional image
- A good understanding of how a support function operates, and how it fits within the structure of a business and the impact they can have
- Computer skills, good us of Excel
- Knowledge of SAP useful
