Programme Manager for Multi Trades / Carpentry

As Programme Manager for Multi Trades / Carpentry, you will have 18 contact hours a week as a lecturer and be provided 7 hours per week of remission for management responsibilities in addition to your regular planning, prep and assessment time.As such we are looking for an experienced Programme Lead seeking a new challenge, or perhaps a tenured Lecturer looking to progress their career to the next level.

The Programme Manager is responsible for the development and management of the curriculum directly supporting the Head of Department for Structural Technologies and the Assistant Principal in the smooth operation of the department. In addition to teaching across the subject areas as required.

Ideally, you’ll be a qualified teacher capable of exceptional delivery and efficient management of the teaching programme within your areas of competence driving student progress towards successful completion.

Through regular assessment and review of the specifications of courses laid out by different awarding bodies, you’ll work with the department stakeholders to develop strategies and new curriculum features to improve Construction at Windsor Forest Colleges Group.Assisting in the dissemination of these strategies and monitor the implementation to ensure the success of our programmes to provide the best outcomes for students.
