The role:

The Web Operations Manager will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation and on-going evolution of my clients' website, working with the UK Marketing team to deliver content across the website and deliver optimised customer journeys across the digital ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the website to local market requirements and the defined local communications strategy, in collaboration with the UK Marketing teams and Central Marketing Teams when required.
  • Work collaboratively with the UK Marketing team and Central Marketing Digital teams to ensure appropriate development and implementation of content and functionalities updates and initiatives to drive leads generations and provide best-in class customer journey.
  • Work collaboratively with the UK Marketing team, and Central Marketing teams when required, to monitor KPIs, and report regularly (minimum monthly, and weekly / daily during campaign times) on results, plus provide thorough analyses and recommendations to drive improvements in commercial intent.
  • Work collaboratively with the UK CMO team and Brands communications team to update content on Brands website.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of Adobe web content management systems.
  • Knowledge of SEO strategies.
  • Experience of Google Analytics for ad-hoc reporting.
  • Ability to prioritise and adapt to changes.
  • A real interest in all things digital eg website design/ apps/ ecommerce/ CRM/ social media.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - verbal and written.
  • Project Management.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key external parties.
  • Strong analytical skills.
