This dynamic company are on the lookout for a motivated Property Revenue Analyst to join their team. In this pivotal role, you will maximise revenue by implementing dynamic pricing strategies, setting revenue targets, and working closely with various departments to drive rental income performance. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of their portfolio, using advanced analytical tools to make informed decisions that directly impact profitability.This role comes with an annual salary of up to £40,000 dependant on experience.Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth unit-by-unit analysis to adjust rental prices according to market trends, customer demand, and other key factors. Implement and optimise dynamic pricing strategies to maximise revenue for the property portfolio.
  • Collaborate with departments such as Finance, Investments, and Valuations to consolidate and ensure the quality of revenue-related data. Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
  • Leverage quarterly valuation reports, competitor data, and Estimated Rental Values to establish and monitor accurate revenue targets. Use these insights to track performance and ensure that financial goals are consistently met.
  • Provide valuable insights on rental unit churn. Support the Letting team in enhancing occupancy and ensuring high renewal rates to optimise Net Operating Income.
  • Work closely with Letting, Facility Management, Finance, and Customer Care teams to align revenue-enhancing strategies. Assist in developing business plans and financial analyses while offering actionable conclusions to drive overall rental income performance.
  • Oversee the tools and systems used to manage pricing strategies and ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of data collection and analysis.
  • Use in house tools to monitor market competition and adjust pricing strategies in real time.
  • Produce regular performance reports for internal stakeholders, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support continuous revenue growth.

Candidate Experience, Skills and Attributes:

  • Previous experience in the property sector is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in analytical tools and systems e.g., Excel.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with various departments.
  • A deep understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies.
