What You Will Do:
- Drive specification opportunities in the construction market, focusing on growth through market share gain and market expansion.
- Become a technical expert in SFS & Drylining products and systems, offering support and developing business in key market sectors.
- Generate profitable sales growth, exceeding budget targets through development of customer relationships and new opportunities.
- Provide technical support to achieve sales revenue plan, promoting knowledge sharing within the team and the wider company.
- Manage contract negotiations from enquiry to final order, preparing competitive quotations to ensure appropriate margins.
- Support product development within the market sector and contribute to strategic marketing initiatives.
What You Will Bring:
- Degree level qualification in a relevant field or significant specific experience.
- Technical understanding of SFS and drylining systems, with analytical skills and technical problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a multimillion-pound region with a strong track record of revenue growth.
- Commercial acumen with an understanding of company finances and strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions and with various stakeholders.

Location:
