  • Project Coordination: Capture customer requirements, define objectives, and set milestones using a stage-gate approach.
  • Documentation: Create and manage project documents (Gantt charts, Risk Registers) for easy stakeholder access.
  • Monitoring: Track project scope, performance, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in design meetings and help generate essential project documents (manuals, SOPs).
  • Quality & Compliance: Conduct audits, ensure QMS adherence, and lead Root Cause Analysis.
  • Performance: Oversee project transitions into production and recommend improvements based on performance data
Project Engineer Qualifications & Experience 
  • Degree in Engineering or technical apprenticeship with 2+ years managing engineering projects.
  • Previous experience working within an engineering/manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, familiarity with engineering drawings and GD&T.
  • Ability to travel (UK & international) and a valid UK driving license.
