Castlefield Recruitment are working with a Housing Association in the West Midlands to recruit a Finance Assistant to their busy team. The role is offered on an initial interim contract for 4 - 8 weeks to assist clearing a backlog in the Rents team, the role offers hybrid and flexible working arrangements.
Duties:
- Responsible for processing bank reconciliations for rent accounts
- Maintaining the cash book and processing Rents
- Raising and recording sales invoices and transactions
- Maintaining the accounts receivable ledger and ensuring debtor details are correct
Experience:
- Able to use Excel and able to learn new systems
- Rents/Social Housing experience
- Previous experience working in a financial services/transactional position
