- Experience in a fast-paced telephone sales environment, ideally within the automotive sector.
- Skilled in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, with experience in automotive cataloging software such as TecDoc, MAM Autocat+, or Partslink24.
- Strong technical understanding of automotive products and services.
