Estate Agent Sales Progressor - Responsibilities:

As a Client Care Consultant you will play a crucial role in the Sales team. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive concise and thorough updates continuously.
  • Delivering regular market updates and property performance reports.
  • Liaising between buyers, solicitors and sellers on a daily basis.
  • Managing negotiations between buyers and sellers.
  • Booking and hosting viewings.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth and successful property transactions.
