I am currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join a leading hospitality business based in Solihull who are looking to carry on further succession within the appointment of a qualified Accountant to focus on the South region of the business looking after key operational relationships.

This is a new position that has come about purely due to organic growth within the business and promotion within. The ideal person for this position will be an experienced Finance Business Partner who is looking to advance in their career through developing as a true business partner with the ability to build and maintain credible relationships with key stakeholders.

Ideally, you will;

  • Be a qualified Accountant within the commercial world, ideally already having a hospitality or retail background
  • Be able to work on all levels, able to interact with different people when relaying financial information, with a keen eye for detail and confident with any new suggestions made
  • Work closely with the different stakeholders having the ability to manage their expectations, cater reports to how suits best and also act as a financial advisor with their budget on a monthly basis
  • Act quickly to situations that may occur, using initiative and technical accounting knowledge
