Job Title: Management Accountant with a salary range of £35,000 to £45,000.
This permanent, full-time position is based in Solihull and requires experience in a similar role such as management accountant or finance manager.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Director and will oversee the company's financial function, ensuring compliance and preparing financial reports.
Candidates should be qualified or part-qualified in CIMA or ACCA and possess relevant experience in finance management.
The role offers 23 days of holiday plus bank holidays, with a standard work schedule of Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, including hybrid working options.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established company straight into a senior level reporting directly to the MD. You would have overall control and be able to lead the direction of the company’s financial function providing support for financial transaction and commercial decisions.Key Responsibilities and area’s of responsibility of Management Accountant:

Identify improvements within management reports within company requirements.
Understand company assets and liabilities.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Preparing management accounts and financial reports include analysis across finances of the business.
Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
Manage, produce, and monitor cashflow forecasts.
Prepare cash and bank reconciliations as required.
Manage Payroll & expenses ensuring information is correct for submittal.
Manage the companies Insurance policies ensuring renewals are completed and cover agreed sums.
Vat Returns to including EU and UK
Support with coaching and training within team.

Requirements and Attributes, further information of Management Accountant:

Qualified/Part Qualified CIMA or ACCA
Must have experience within similar role management accountant, Finance manager, Head of Accounts/Finance.
23 days holiday plus bank holidays
Monday-Friday 9-5pm with hybrid working.
